Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using SystemFlow you accept these terms. We may update them from time to time; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

The service

SystemFlow is part of the GigPlux product family (alongside Arcspace, AllSafe, and Aether). SystemFlow is currently in beta: features may change, and we may modify or discontinue parts of the service. We will communicate significant changes, but we are not liable for modifications made in good faith.

Your account

Keep your credentials confidential. You accept responsibility for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at security@gigplux.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Intellectual property

GigPlux retains ownership of the service, its content, and its functionality. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use SystemFlow. Your infrastructure designs and project data remain yours.

Prohibited use

• Violating any applicable law or regulation
• Transmitting malicious code or interfering with the service
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Reselling or sublicensing the service without written permission

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation - particularly during beta.

Limitation of liability

GigPlux's total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for a breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where GigPlux is incorporated.
