SystemFlow is built and operated by GigPlux. We collect only what we need, and we do not sell your data. If anything here is unclear, ask us - a human will answer.
What we collect
Information you give us directly: your email address, name, and, when billing is enabled, payment details processed by our payment provider. Information collected automatically: server logs, device and browser information, and product usage patterns. We do not collect sensitive categories of personal data.
How we use it
To deliver and improve the service, communicate with you about your account, understand product usage, comply with legal obligations, and prevent fraud and abuse. We do not use your data for unrelated purposes without your consent.
Data sharing
We share data only with the service providers essential to running SystemFlow (hosting, database, email, payments), under confidentiality obligations; when the law requires it; to protect our rights or users; or as part of a business transfer. We never sell personal data.
Security
We use encryption in transit, strict access controls, and regular reviews of our security posture. No method of transmission or storage is absolutely secure, but we treat protecting your data as a first-class engineering problem.
Cookies

Retention
We keep personal data only while it is needed to provide the service. When you delete your account, your personal data is purged within 90 days, except where the law requires longer retention.
Your rights
You may access, correct, delete, or port your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.
Children
SystemFlow is not intended for anyone under 16. If we learn that we have collected data from a child, we delete it promptly.
Changes
We will update the date above and notify you of material changes. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
