By accessing or using Flowra, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.

You retain ownership of architecture designs, simulation configurations, and other content you create within the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant Flowra a limited license to store and process Your Content solely to provide the Service to you.

We do not use Your Content to train AI models, share it with third parties, or use it for any purpose beyond delivering the Service. You are responsible for ensuring Your Content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

Flowra does not warrant that simulation results accurately represent production system behavior. Simulation outputs are estimates intended to assist engineering decisions, not guarantees of production performance.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLOWRA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

Flowra's total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Flowra in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $0 for free accounts).

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting hello@flowra.dev. We will delete your data within 30 days.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction.
